    When a customer writes, AgjentiAI replies on the business’s behalf, within Meta’s standard 24-hour messaging window.

    The business’s staff see every conversation in the AgjentiAI dashboard and can take over at any time.

What data we use

Only what is needed to answer a customer

Only the messages customers send to the connected business, the customer’s public profile name (or WhatsApp name and number), and the ID of the connected Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number.

The data is used only to show the conversation to the business and to reply on its behalf.

  • We do not use it for advertising.
  • We do not sell it.
  • We never share one client’s data with another.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when a business disconnects a channel.
