01What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of trendsolution-ks.com, operated by Trend Solution of Prishtina, Kosovo. By using the site you accept them.
They cover the website only. Work we do for a client is governed by the written quote, proposal or contract agreed for that project, and where those documents differ from this page, those documents win.
02Enquiries are not a contract
Sending the contact form, writing in the chat panel or messaging us on WhatsApp starts a conversation. It does not book work, hold a place in our schedule, or bind either side to anything.
A project begins when we have agreed scope, price and timing in writing and both sides have accepted it. Prices discussed informally are indicative until then.
03Ownership of what you see here
The design, code, text, layout and photography on this site belong to Trend Solution. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the design or the code into another site.
The logos and names of the businesses shown on this site belong to those businesses. They appear as references to work we have done, with permission, and nothing here implies that those businesses endorse anything beyond that.
Screenshots of client platforms show those platforms as they were published. The content inside them belongs to the client.
04Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose: learning what we do and getting in touch. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, submit anything unlawful through its forms, or use our contact channels to send unsolicited commercial messages.
05Links to other sites
The work section links to platforms we built for clients. Those sites are run by their owners, not by us. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data once you are on them.
06Availability and accuracy
We keep the site online and current, but we do not promise it will be reachable without interruption, and details can go out of date between updates. Anything time sensitive, prices above all, should be confirmed with us directly before you rely on it.
07Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, Trend Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profit, lost data or lost business opportunity. Liability for client projects is dealt with in the contract for that project.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes that cannot be settled between us go to the competent courts of Prishtina.
