02What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. There is no account to create and nothing is gathered quietly in the background.
- Contact form: your name, email address, company name if you enter one, and your message.
- Chat panel: your name, email address and the messages you write in it. The panel sends email. It is not a live agent session and nothing is stored in your browser.
- Direct contact: whatever you include when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category of personal data through this website.
03Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no visitor tracking, and it stores nothing in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.
04Who processes it
Running the site means a small number of third parties necessarily see some data. This is the complete list.

Each of these operates under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your data, we do not trade it, and we do not pass it to anyone beyond this list.
Choosing to open a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Anything you send there is covered by their terms, not by this page.
05Why we hold it, and for how long
We use what you send for one purpose: answering you and, if it goes further, doing the work you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted once it is clear there is nothing to follow up. Correspondence that becomes a project is kept for the life of that project and afterwards for as long as accounting and contract law require us to keep business records.
06Your rights
We handle personal data in line with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo, and with the GDPR for visitors in the European Union. You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- send you a copy of it
- stop using it
Email info@trendsolution-ks.com and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.
07Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted and arrive in an inbox we control. Access to that inbox is limited to the people who need it.
No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents through the contact form or the chat panel.
08Children
This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
09Changes to this page
If how we handle data changes, we will update this page and move the date at the top. The version you are reading is the one that applies.
