Point of Sale & Fiscal Reporting

A fast, reliable POS built for retail, with built-in fiscal reporting, inventory tracking, and secure card and cash transactions. Development and testing are behind us; the last gate is the official sign-off.

Payroll & HR Platform

Payroll · HR · Fiscal reporting for Kosovo

Desktop payroll built for Kosovo's rules and for HR teams that already run on Personio. It takes the files a company has anyway (HR reports, time sheets, leave lists, bonus and insurance sheets), prices every hour on the month's real calendar, applies the 2026 tax brackets and the pension, and turns it into payslips, a payroll register, a bank file and the ATK declaration that all reconcile to the cent.

01Imports what HR already has

Personio new-hire, change and leaver reports, SP-Expert time sheets, leave lists, bonuses, health insurance. Preview first, commit second.

02Hours-true pay

Every hour priced on the month's real working days. Paid leave counts as time worked; part-time and secondary jobs get their own rules.

03Kosovo rules, built in

2026 TAP brackets, 5 % + 5 % pension, benefits in kind, and an ATK EDI file that matches the official template cell for cell.

04Documents that foot

Payslips as PDF and an identical Excel, a wide payroll register, a bank transfer file. Every total ties back to its lines.

05One office, many desks

One PC holds the data, the others join over the local network. Every change is serialised, so two people can work and nothing is lost.

06Yours, and offline

Installs on Windows and runs without internet. Licensed per machine with signed offline keys. Your payroll data never leaves the building.

AeroLinea ERP

The whole back office of a travel agency in one system. Flights, hotels and packages feed straight into the money side, where four payment rails (cash, bank, RIA and unpaid debt) each carry their own rules, enforced in the database rather than the browser. Depositing cash at the bank debits the drawer in the same transaction, so the count can never drift. RIA payments gather in transit and settle to the bank every Monday in a single move, still tagged as RIA in every report that follows.
